Creamed honeys are finely textured from being crystallized purposely to bring its flavors forward. Our spring creamed wildflower honey has a nearly irrestible delicate floral taste.
These raw honeys will include antioxidents, trace minerals, and bits of beeswax and pollen and may naturally crystallize. You can use a spoon to extract firm honey or warm the jar gently in a pan of 110-115 degree water, stirring occasionally to return it to a liquid state.
